He'll begin as a rotational defensive lineman among a talented crew that includes Greg Rousseau. Ed Oliver, Joey Bosa and DaQuan Jones, though Walker offers plenty of upside. Perhaps the Bills got themselves a steal now that the back issue is mostly behind him.

Moore is slated to sign with the Bills, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Per Schefter, Moore's one-year deal is worth up to $5 million. The 2021 second-rounder put up a 61/538/1 receiving line in 17 games with the Browns last season, and with Buffalo the 5-foot-10, 180-pounder will give QB Josh Allen another viable option in a wideout corps that also includes Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer and Curtis Samuel. Moore's fantasy upside in 2025 hinges on securing steady snaps, but PPR relevance in deeper formats could be in reach if he's able to build a strong rapport with Allen.
Cook is not present for the start of voluntary OTAs on Tuesday, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports. Bills general manager Brandon Beane said it's "not fair" to assume Cook's absence at voluntary OTAs is related to his desire for a new contract, adding that "he'll be ready to go" for mandatory offseason activities. Nonetheless, coming off a 2024 campaign in which he scored 18 touchdowns (16 rushing) despite playing just 48 percent of offensive snaps in his 16 regular-season appearances, Cook has been open about his desire for both a substantial extension and increased playing time. Still, Buffalo has Ray Davis entering Year 2, and the team opted to re-sign pending free agent Ty Johnson, indicating some level of commitment to a backfield rotation. How much attention the team plays to the running back position in the 2025 NFL Draft, which kicks off Thursday, could be telling as to Cook's odds of attaining a new deal. He's currently heading into the final year of his rookie contract after having compiled back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
The Bills signed White to a one-year contract worth up to $6.8 million Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. White, of course, was the 27th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Bills and spent the first seven seasons of his career with Buffalo, making a pair of Pro Bowls while being named a first-team All-Pro once. Injuries then took a toll on the cornerback, and the 30-year-old spent last season splitting time with the Rams and Ravens, playing in 11 regular-season contests. He'll try to rebound his career in a familiar environment.
The Bills signed Robbins on Monday, Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News reports. Robbins was a sixth-round pick by the Bengals in 2023 and punted in all 17 regular-season games for Cincinnati that season, averaging 40.1 net yards per punt as a rookie. He opened the 2024 campaign on injured reserve with a leg injury and was then cut by the Bengals last September. Robbins didn't find a new home last season and will now compete with Jake Camarda in Buffalo this offseason.
Benford and the Bills have agreed upon a four-year, $76 million extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Benford was widely considered a Pro Bowl snub last season after putting together a standout campaign that included the sixth-highest PFF grade (79.3) among NFL cornerbacks. The Villanova product finished the regular season with a career-high 64 tackles, including his first NFL sack, 10 pass defenses (including two interceptions) and two forced fumbles over 15 contests. Benford was set to enter 2025 on the final season of his rookie contract, but with the extension he'll now be a core member of Buffalo's defense for the foreseeable future.
Milano agreed to restructure his contract with the Bills on Tuesday, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports. Milano agreed to shorten his contract with the Bills by a year, leaving him with one year remaining on his deal. It's worth noting the restructure also amounts to a pay cut, freeing up roughly $6 million in salary cap space for the team, but Milano can earn that back in incentives. The 2022 All-Pro linebacker has spent his first eight seasons in Buffalo, but he's only appeared in nine regular-season games the last two seasons due to injury.
Bills general manager Brandon Beane said Friday that Hoecht has received a six-game suspension for violation of the NFL's policy regarding performance-enhancing substances, Matt Parrino of The Syracuse Post-Standard reports. Hoecht and fellow free-agent signing Larry Ogunjobi will both miss the first six regular-season games of the 2025 campaign due to suspension, a development that hurts Buffalo's defensive-line rotation. With Hoecht unavailable to kick off the coming season, the Bills may be motivated to pursue additional depth behind Greg Rousseau and A.J. Epenesa.
