Kraft recorded five receptions on five targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 22-10 loss to the Eagles. He added two rushes for 10 yards. The Packers dealt with a rash of injuries among their pass catchers, and Kraft was able to lead the team in receptions as a result. He was used primarily in short-area situations, which led to a modest yardage total. Despite the mediocre close to his second pro season, Kraft increased his production across the board and clearly wrestled the top spot on the depth chart from Luke Musgrave. He should remain a key contributor to Green Bay's offense in 2025.

Tucker Kraft Latest News
Five catches in loss

Kraft recorded five receptions on five targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 22-10 loss to the Eagles. He added two rushes for 10 yards. The Packers dealt with a rash of injuries among their pass catchers, and Kraft was able to lead the team in receptions as a result. He was used primarily in short-area situations, which led to a modest yardage total. Despite the mediocre close to his second pro season, Kraft increased his production across the board and clearly wrestled the top spot on the depth chart from Luke Musgrave. He should remain a key contributor to Green Bay's offense in 2025.
Ends regular season with 50 catches

Kraft caught four of seven targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Bears. Kraft led the Packers in targets as Green Bay played without Romeo Doubs (illness) and lost Christian Watson (knee) in the second quarter. Fellow second-year tight end Luke Musgrave missed most of the regular season due to an ankle injury, allowing Kraft to blossom in the lead role. Kraft capitalized on his opportunity with 50 catches for 707 yards and seven touchdowns on 70 targets. As the No. 7 seed, the Packers will travel to Philadelphia in the wild-card round.
Two long catches against MIN

Kraft recorded two catches on three targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 27-25 loss to the Vikings. Kraft saw limited opportunity in the close loss but made the most of his targets. He accounted for Green Bay's two longest plays from scrimmage with 35- and 18-yard receptions to finish second on the team in yardage. Kraft's volume remains limited due to the range of pass-catching options in the Packer's offense, though he's emerged as a big-play threat by recording a catch of at least 20 yards in four straight contests.
Set for Week 17

Kraft (hip) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest in Minnesota, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Kraft followed an LP/LP/FP practice regimen this week, while fellow tight end Luke Musgrave was listed as limited on all three Week 17 practice reports. Both players have been cleared for Sunday's game, which should result in Kraft taking on a majority share of the Packers' TE reps. Over the last five games, Kraft has combined for a 16-242-2 line on 20 targets.
Limited again Thursday

Kraft (hip) practiced on a limited basis Thursday. The Packers have capped the practice reps of both Kraft and Luke Musgrave (ankle) this week, but there's been no indication that the second-year tight ends are in danger of sitting out Sunday in Minnesota. Friday's injury report will reveal whether or not either player has a designation for that contest.
Dealing with hip issue

Kraft was listed as limited participant on Wednesday's practice estimate due to a hip injury. Luke Musgrave (ankle) had the same listing, which is no surprise coming two days after his first game action since Week 4. As for Kraft, the hip issue is a new health concern, so the statuses of both tight ends will be watched as the week goes on. Since getting blanked on one target Week 11 at Chicago, Kraft has reeled off a 16-242-2 line on 20 targets over the last five contests.
Gains 65 yards Monday

Kraft caught three of four targets for 63 yards while gaining two yards on his only carry in Monday's 34-0 blowout win over New Orleans. Kraft tied Jayden Reed in receptions while finishing just 13 yards behind the wideout for the team lead. The tight end's production was especially positive given the fact that Green Bay threw for just 216 yards. Kraft also recorded his third rushing attempt of the season, all of which have gone for two yards apiece. The 24-year-old brings a solid floor to the table for fantasy managers against the Vikings on Sunday.
Notches two catches in Week 15

Kraft gathered in both targets for 34 yards during Sunday's 30-13 win at Seattle. Kraft did most of his damage on a jump ball that he corralled for a 26-yard gain late in the second quarter, but he didn't see a target after that point, leaving him below 50 receiving yards for the fifth time in the past six games. During that span, he's mustered 15 catches for 179 yards on 21 targets, but he's salvaged two of those performances with TD catches. In an offense that has leaned toward the run most weeks since a Week 10 bye, Kraft must take full advantage of the handful of targets that he may receive, and he'll look to do just that Week 16 against the Saints on Monday Night Football.
Another TD reception in loss

Kraft brought in three of five targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in the Packers' 34-31 loss to the Lions on Thursday night. Kraft was second in receptions, tied for second in targets and third in receiving yards for the Packers on a night when Jordan Love only completed 12 passes. The versatile tight end has demonstrated a knack for rattling off chunk plays throughout the season, and he recorded his sixth catch of 20-plus yards Thursday with a 21-yard grab. Kraft also tallied his career-high seventh touchdown on a 12-yard catch that capped off Green Bay's first second-half drive, and he should have opportunities to make an impact again during a Week 15 road matchup against the Seahawks on Sunday night, Dec. 15.
